Facilities for Children
If you are bringing babies or small children into the prison and require a pram/stroller, we will provide one for your use during your visit. Your own pram/stroller will be placed into the storage area until after the visit.
There is a children’s play area in visits, staffed by a Play Area Co-ordinator. The area is open as follows:
Monday – Friday
0945 – 1145 hours
1400 – 1645 hours
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings
1830 – 2000 hours
Saturday and Sunday
0945 – 1145 hours
1400 – 1645 hours
To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable visit we ask that parents take responsibility for their children at all times.
